We are always looking for new inns and hotels to offer our clients. If you are the owner or manager of an inn or hotel which you think would be a good fit with our group, please email us at newhotels@innsenroute.com with the basic information about your property. Being part of our Inns website is by invitation only, and we are discerning in our choices. Our goals are simple: to provide a selection of excellent inns & hotels coupled with excellent service.

Membership is by invitation only and we always try to visit a hotel before adding it to our site. However, the volume of requests to be on our site often involves visiting at a later date. We will add your hotel once we are satisfied that it meets the standards of our other hotels. Please note that we are more interested in charm, atmosphere, welcoming, and enthusiastic staff and owners, rather than any particular star rating.

There is currently no cost to join.

Typically, we will initially visit your hotel to determine its suitability and therefore we require one or two complimentary nights, off-season so that we may gather information and take photographs. We may revisit your hotel annually to ensure that standards are being maintained.

Once you email us your hotel information we will respond with the official conditions, including commission rates etc.

We take customer feedback seriously. If you receive 2 or more justified poor feedback reviews, you will be removed from our site.
We try to maintain personal, meaningful relationships with our hotels and we welcome your input to enhance our services and content.
