Awaiting 2012 prices from the hotel. This gorgeous small palace, with its terra-cotta coloured facade is in the centre of Zafra (known as little Sevilla) and was built in 1840. The families who lived in the house had strong connections with the world of bull-breeding and bullfighting and the decorative themes in the rooms celebrate its heritage. The property has recently been carefully restored and is now a delightful small hotel. The fifteen rooms, some double and some suites, have big windows, thick carpets and sumptuous draperies in the style of an English country house. The bathrooms are state of the art and very modern. An interior patio separates the various areas of the hotel, the rooms, the salons and the breakfast room. There is a swimming pool in the pleasant garden, perfect for relaxing on a hot day. There is a 10 euro charge for parking. Only breakfast is served, but the inn will be happy to recommend some nearby restaurants.

Notes There is horseback riding in the vicinity. Visit the castles and churches at Zafra, Burguillos del Cerro, Fregenal de la Sierra, Jerez de los Caballeros. Museums, theatre, bodegas. Golf 30 minutes away.

For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
