Awaiting 2012 prices from the hotel. La Almazara de Valdeverdeja is a little rural tourism complex in Valdeverdeja, a small and quiet village in the province of Toledo on the route of the Conquerers "Ruta de los Conquistadores" close to Oropesa, Trujillo, Cáceres and Mérida. On a 21,000 metre parcel of land, it is a place to enjoy culture, gastronomy and rural life. Originally an olive oil mill, it has been totally transformed into a pleasant rural inn with six ensuite double guestrooms, a suite with hydro massage bath in the main house and twelve spacious villas with private gardens and Jacuzzis in the room. In the garden there is a swimming pool and several gazebos. The restaurant´s menu is based on the cuisine of Castilla-la Mancha, using local products (dinner approximately 20 euros p.p) there is also a pleasant bodega with a great selection of regional wines. The staff speak English and are helpful and friendly.
Notes Located 160 Km. from Madrid, 120 km. to Caceres. Closest train station Talavera de la Reina. Hiking, rent bikes and quads. See the cave paintings. River Tajo excursions. Many outdoor activities possible from this location. Excursions to Toledo, Guadalupe, Trujillo, Gredos.

For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
