During Holy Week and national holidays the hotel requires a 3 night minimum stay. This three hundred year old house is located in the quiet Suesa square next to the church and is the perfect choice for a relaxing stay. The old house, typical of Cantabria, was restored in 2002 and is now a small hotel with only ten ensuite rooms. The house’s style and elegance has been preserved, with its untouched coat-of-arms on the facade, stone arches and centenary oak girders. On the ground floor there are two salons, both with fireplaces - one is the dining room and the other is a reading room. The building is surrounded by pleasant gardens. There are also two other structures, one where the owners live and the other a small apartment that is available for a family with children. On weekends, the house offers a homemade menu for those who want to stay put after a day’s excursion or a long journey. From 9 to 10 pm, you can enjoy a candlelit dinner made of fresh products of the area. Special menus can also be prepared (just let the owners know in advance). The beaches of Somo and Langre are just three kilometers from the house, so there are many marine activities in the vicinity - fishing, surfing classes, picnics and sailing. Suesa is located 20km from Santander and 55km from Bilbao, so if you enjoy urban cultural and leisure activities, these two cities offer a wide range of options. Note that you can catch a small boat in Somo and it will take you to the very heart of Santander in 20 minutes. During this boat trip through one of the most beautiful bays of Northern Spain, you´ll be able to see famous buildings like El Palacio de La Magdalena and El Palacio de Festivales de Santander.

For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
