A minimum 2 nights stay is required between May 1 and 30 September. A 25% deposit is required upon booking. Elegant, eclectic and tranquil, this boutique hotel in Soller (located on the west coast of Mallorca) is the perfect place for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The house is a hundred year old mansion, just two minutes walk from Soller's main square, and with great views from most rooms. L'Avenida has nine rooms and suites, all with air conditioning, flat screen television, DVD player, free wifi, and minifridge. All the bathrooms have contemporary ceramics and luxurious showers and in the luxury suites there are also baths. Guests staying in the luxury suites may also choose private in-room dining by arrangement - perfect for a romantic stay or celebration. Light lunches are available and starting in 2010 dinner will be available at the Bistro for guests. Dine in the restaurant or outdoors by the pool in the warmer months. There is a lounge bar and a bodega bar for a pre- or post-dinner drink. Within the secluded courtyard gardens is the swimming pool and terrace and there is pool-side service that includes an all-day bar. Note that Easter and long weekends are considered high season and that there is a minimum two night stay from May 1 to 30 September. There is no parking at the hotel but there is a municipal car park just opposite and it is simple to buy a parking ticket for 4.50 euros for 24 hours. Car hire can be arranged from the hotel. On the 2008 Hot List... "L’Avenida is by far the most sophisticated place in this great town"(Soller) and voted by US Conde Nast Traveller as one of the world’s top new hotels in 2008. The whole house may be rented for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings etc. but a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. An entire wedding can be organized at L'Avenida (including ceremony and catering) for a maximum of forty guests. Massages and beauty treatments can be organized in your room. The English-speaking owners Tania and Paul are congenial hosts and will be happy to recommend special restaurants or activities on the Island. Note that there is no elevator here, but your bags will be carried from your car to your room upon request.

Cancellation Policy:
A 25% booking deposit is required to secure any reservation. Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival with no surcharge. Bookings cancelled between 14 & 30 days of arrival date will be charged 50% of the total number of room nights originally booked. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, no-shows or premature departures will be charged at full rate for all room-nights originally booked. A single occupancy discount of 10 euros is applicable to the above rates. Extra fold-away beds charged at 80 euros per night per bed (inc breakfast).
