Situated in a quiet area of Seville (off the Avenida de la Palmera close to the Maria Luisa park), this contemporary hotel with just seven double rooms and suites, is the perfect place to stay in Seville for those who want to be away from the tiny streets, impossible parking, and hustle and bustle. The area was created for the 1929 exposition and is full of small palaces, urban cortijos and grand houses. The owner of one of these fine houses has tastefully converted it to a delightful small boutique hotel, complementing the vanguardista-minimalist style, with a touch of zen. White walls, light wood floors, flowers everywhere – the perfect antidote to a days sightseeing in town. The interiors are bright and the furnishings ultra-modern. The garden, with its clever use of shade and light, is relaxing. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the centre of old Seville, and there is a bus service very close to the hotel that will get you there efficiently. We usually walk into town – a pleasant stroll by the Maria Luisa park. The area is green and full of gardens and palms. The inn offers a simple cuisine (pastas, salads, etc.) for around 15 euros. There is free wi-fi internet access in the hotel and the air conditioned rooms have safe, televisions and full bathrooms (with hairdryer).

Cancellation Policy:
A deposit equal to one night of your stay is taken upon confirming your reservation by the hotel. This will be reimbursed for cancellations made more than three days prior to reservation. If cancelled less than 3 nights prior to reservation, the deposit will be forfeit. No-show, full amount of stay will be charged. During Easter (Holly Week included) and Feria, 50% of the total will be charged upon confirming reservation. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date, the 50% will be retained. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date full amount will be charged.
