Just two minutes to the Plaza del Duque y de la Calle Sierpes, in the hub of Seville and ten minutes walk to La Giralda, La Catedral, El Barrio de Santa Cruz, this lovely boutique hotel with twenty six rooms is a great place to stay. The building has two wings, each quite unique. One wing is known as the Romantic Wing and the other the Roman Wing. Some rooms face an open central patio and others have windows on to the street. The young, international team that staff the hotel are particularly helpful and will help you to plan your itinerary in Seville. The comfortable, fully ensuite, guestrooms are decorated in neutral shades with marble bathrooms and have direct dial telephone, satellite tv, wi-fi access, air conditioning and heating. They are bright, spacious and comfortable. There is also a bar, a breakfast room, two patios, an outside jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, transportation service and parking. Only breakfast is served at the hotel but there are many restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Late check-out can be arranged (with prior notice). This was one of our favourite places to stay in Sevilla - it has romantic rooms, is in a good location, has appealing public spaces and an energetic and helpful staff. The hotel owns a special Suite Alcazar, which is just five minutes walk from the hotel and has great views of the cathedral. This special suite, of two floors, accommodates from two to five people. There is a principal salon with views of the Giralda, one bedroom with complete bathroom and a kitchen, living room on the upper floor with access to a solarium. Extra beds may be added on the other floor to accommodate a further three people. The price includes buffet breakfast served daily in the suite and the service of a concierge eight hours a day.

Children 12 and under stay free when sharing a room with 2 adults but only in Superior rooms.

Centrally located for shopping and sightseeing. Taxis from the airport should cost 20 Euros. Pick up can be arranged in a luxury car - airport to the hotel around 50 euros (max. 4 people). Cancellation Policy:
In *low season when the reservation is cancelled 24 hours or less prior to arrival, the hotel charges 1 nights stay. In *mid season when the reservation is cancelled 84 hours or less prior to arrival 1 nights stay will be charged by the hotel. In *high season when the reservation is cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival one nights stay will be charged by the hotel. *If the reservation consists of more than 2 nights 50% of the total reservation would be charged. These policies will also apply to early check outs. In extra high season a 50% deposit is required upon confirming a reservation and the remaining amount will be taken by the hotel 15 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 45 to 22 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit will be kept by the hotel. If cancelled 21 to 15 days prior to arrival 75% of the total booking will be charged by the hotel. In cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival and in case of no show the total amount of stay will be charged by the hotel.

“The room very nice,Amanda and her colleage very good, but in the room the phone did not work, in the shower was not hot water, I think it is very important for you to know, we return for two more nights, and the same with the phone, and in one of the room the shower door was not there???????”
