“Customer service is the most important aspect of any hotel. The Alminar is tops in my book! From the moment we walked in the front door we were welcomed warmly. Our corner room was very spacious for 3 women travelling together and the bathroom was fabulous.”

The breakfast was help-yourself-appalling ... luckily one could copy what other people seemed to know about how to work the coffee machine etc. ”
