This small rural property (Agrotourismo) in a pretty part of Mallorca has been in the same family since the 15th century and was originally used for wine production. It perfectly blends with its bucolic environment -- 10 hectares of vineyards owned by the hotel. A different ambience and decoration has been used in each of the guestrooms, all with full bathrooms and with panoramic views of the vineyards and mountains. The hotel has one suite, four junior suites and two double rooms. There is wifi throughout the house and in the guestrooms. Some of the rooms have their own terrace or balcony, and all have full spacious bathrooms. There is also a two bedroom cottage on the property (one bathroom) for those travelling with family. The suite also has a sofabed for those travelling with a child. The former common areas of the house are now a dining room with a fireplace, a sitting area and a wine cellar. There is a large swimming pool in the garden and a small pine forest that is for the exclusive use of guests. This is a lovely country hotel with a tranquil and relaxing feel to it. Breakfast and dinner is served (featuring a typically Mallorcan menu) -- note that the dining room is closed on Sunday evening. A car is essential at this location as it is not accessible by public transport. Santa Maria train station is 3 km away and you would need to take a taxi from there (but there is not always one available). Receptionist, Essy, is a delight and will be happy to help you plan your activities on the island during your stay. It is possible to rent the entire house for weddings or special events, but the minimum rental is five nights.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled at least 30 days before reservation, no penalty. If cancelled 30 days or less before reservation penalty equal to cost of one night per room booked. If cancelled within 14 nights of reservation, 50% of the total stay will be charged. If cancelled within 7 nights of reservation, or in case of no-show, 100% of complete stay will be charged by the hotel. Please note that a deposit may be required in high season. If booking 3 rooms or more, a deposit of 30% is required upon booking and cancellation must be made at least one month in advance, otherwise the deposit will be retained.

The hotel did not seem adequately resourced to provide evening meals despite offering them. We had dinner on one night only, we were the only couple dining and the meal was very ordinary. On two out of the five nights we were at the hotel, there were private parties dining in the garden immediately outside of our room which impinged upon the quiet enjoyment of our room and view. ”
