Located in a pretty village 35 km from Barcelona in Sant Vicenc de Montalt, a quiet village between pine and oak forests. The farmhouse, which dates from the fifteenth century and has been in the same family for eighteen generations, has been fully restored as a small hotel. The house is organized around a courtyard that acts as distribution area. It leads to a Mediterranean garden on two levels, with a swimming pool and a rich variety of native plants and trees, such as jasmine, orange, lemon and almond trees. There are eleven rooms: four suites, four double rooms and three junior rooms, all spacious and equipped with satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, telephone and WiFi. The four suites have great views of the village and the sea. The suites on the first floor preserve the remains of ancient polychrome paint covering the cabinets and the arches of the bedrooms. The suites on the second floor, with sloping roofs, are ideal for families with small children, and have two beds in the same room. The three junior rooms are smaller than the others and are located in the tower. One of them, on the third floor, has a sloping roof and conserves the old stone walls and narrow defensive spy holes. An added value is the hotel's own contemporary art gallery, which hosts four or five exhibitions during the summer months. Easily accessible from Barcelona, it is an area with good beaches, golf courses, pitch&putt, sailing, walks and culture. This is a perfect area for walking, playing sport or simply getting away from it all in the mountains. The hotel does not have its own restaurant at present but it does offer guests a picnic basket to enjoy by the pool or on the beach, and private dinners by arrangement. Some of the best restaurants in Catalonia are within 5 minutes driving distance.

For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
