Located at Sant Lluis in Menorca (Biosphere Reserve), with its beautiful beaches, is a superb country house with an old watch tower surrounded by more than 100 hectares, which makes for delightful walking. The origins of the house go back to the 14th century and there have been additions made since that time. There is a kilometre of virgin coastline and almost 250 acres of land for long walks. It is now a magnificent senorial house of neoclassical style, and also a superb small hotel, run by Jaume and his mother Maria Angeles. Built of beautiful stone with large windows it is a delightful place to relax - to walk, to swim in the pool, to take an afternoon drink in the bar, or to dine in the restaurant which serves Mediterranean cuisine (approx. 28 euros). There is a comfortable and casual feel to this lovely house and the service is friendly and personal. Picnics can be prepared for you if you plan to explore the island. The spacious rooms are uniquely decorated and all have fully equipped ensuite bathrooms.

For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
