If you wish to have dinner at the inn, please reserve in advance. At the foot of the Guilleries, in the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees town of Sant Julia de Vilatorta is this charming Manor House constructed in 1945 by the architect Riera Clariana. The Morral family has transformed this mansion into an intimate and attractive hotel decorated with elegant furniture and amazing art. Comments in the guestbook are often clever drawings and sketches, along with glowing compliments. The spacious rooms offer satellite television, high speed internet access, safe and minibar. Some of the rooms have air conditioning and all have fans. Some of the rooms are in the main house (two with balcony) and some are in a separate new wing. There is a modernist dining room offering an interesting gastronomic menu (average price of dinner 40 euros pp with house wine included, but please reserve in advance). In the summer, you may dine outside. There is a reading room and lounge full of paintings, sculpture, music and literature - a perfect symbiosis of style and elegance. There is also an interior patio, terrace and very pretty and extensive garden full of trees. There is a small swimming pool open in the summer months. We loved the ambience of this small hotel: it has a delightful owner, lovely rooms, interesting art everywhere and a very pleasant garden. Highly recommended.

Notes The village of Sant Julia de Viatorta is well-known for its fascinating buildings. Markets and festivals at Vic and the paintings of Josep Maria Sert in the cathedral. Adventure sports, golf, spas. Several Michelin-starred restaurants in the vicinity.

For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
