“Conveniently located just outside the old city walls. Easy walking distance to the centre which is well worth exploring, and very friendly, helpful staff. We had a magnificent room - actually a suite - which was unexpected and very comfortable. Brilliant value for money. We'll definitely go again.”

Just about everything. The quality of the furnishings, ambiance, amazing Portuguese cotton sheet and above all the professional, polite and friendliness of all of the staff we met. All made for an outstanding stay.
The proximity to the city's main sights also offered great convenience.

The fact that we had to pay for the garaging of the car. I'm not certain I was aware about that beforehand.”

Very welcoming and friendly staff who were also helpful. A very clean, well presented room with good facilities. Free wi-fi and lovely public rooms.

No natural light in the room (only faint through a tiny "courtyard" and we could here all the plumbing from the rooms above, e.g. shower, flushing toilets, which worried my 4 year old who was concerned for the next few days about floods. Breakfast was not included.
Not a problem but, if the beds are the same size in all the rooms the kids could have shared them very easily with us so avoiding the extra cost of a suite with a single bed made up for one of the kids (he would easily have shared th other bed in the main room)”

Extremely helpful receptionists and delicious breakfasts. Plus generous sized bathroom with plenty of clean towels. Safe and easy parking beneath the hotel too. Also brilliantly placed to explore the old part of Salamanca.

“This was perhaps the nicest hotel we experienced in Spain.
It was easy to locate and had parking underneath which was very
nice. The rooms were spacious and light with lovely bathrooms.
I would return to Salamance and stay here and would
recomment the hotel to others.”
