“I was very lucky and was upgraded to a double room which was wonderful, my only regret was that I had not planned to stay longer and I will definately go back, the atmosphere and facilities are really well managed and comfortable. I felt really welcome and was advised about my onward journey in a really helpful way.What a gem of a hotel I have already recommended my friends to it with confidence.”

The hotel was lovely and the staff was most welcoming and cordial. Our room on the ground floor was very nice, quiet and spacious, with a window facing an interior patio. The breakfast was fine and staff was very accommodating of our need to eat breakfast earlier than official breakfast time, due to our need to catch a bus that morning.
”

“Ronda is an interesting old city and this hotel is at the heart of it. It is difficult to drive your rental car to their doorstep, but once you're there you'll want to stay a week.”

Everything about the hotel from beginning to end was exceptional. The location-magical.Staff- consistantly courteous & going above & beyond for you.Cleanliness- Not an inch of dust anywhere!Breakfast- very European & wonderful. Rooms- interesting. Beds soooo comfortable. Hotel itself- absolutely charming.Did I mention the location??!!

“Some of the nicest folks work there, wish we had booked more time. their breakfast however was very very paltry, and very overpriced. We could not even get an additional ccup of coffee wthout asking several times. The piece of bread, cheese, and jam, juice and coffee was E 6.50. ”

“Very chic hotel with lovely exclusive feel to it & great location. Helpful staff. We left baby's dummy in our room and went back late in the day that we had checked out and they had sterlised it and put it in a little bag in case we came back for it. Very thoughtful !”
