A 20 euro surcharge is added for the Semana Santa (Holy Week – Easter) and the Goyesca (first week in September) weeks. Credit card payments will incur a 1.36% charge by this inn. Baraka bed and breakfast is in an eighteenth century residence (awarded second place by Ronda's local heritage council for maintaining and improving important buildings). Located in the heart of historic Ronda, it is perfectly located for visiting all the interesting sites in the town, including the bridge, the bullring, the many art galleries and antique shops - and restaurants and bars of course. The rooms on the ground floor look on to a delightful Moorish style courtyard, complete with flowers, lamps and a fountain. The rooms on the second floor have mountain views. The guestrooms have full bathrooms and are decorated simply but comfortably in Andalusian style. The owners will be very happy to help you arrange your time in Ronda. There is no restaurant here, but there are many within easy walking distance. Parking is close by, on the street. It is a great plan to actually stay in Ronda rather than make a day trip as the journey to reach the town from the coast can be quite stressful.New information: Parking is no longer available in the old town. Please come first to Baraka to bring your luggage and I'll help you try find parking elsewhere. I'll direct you to some free parking areas. Also Baraka has acquired a parking space at the 'Aparcamiento del Castillo' near the town hall (Ayuntamiento) with a daily rate of 10 euros, Also, Baraka has made provisions for the guests to park their cars at the Plaza de Socorro underground parking (secure) for a daily discounted price of 14€. Both are within 5 minutes walk from Baraka.

Nice, small, quiet, well kept house. Lovely room -we were lucky to get two double beds in two separate (no door) rooms. Lovely, personal and helpful (booked dinner) owner with an interesting history.
Didn't Like:
Having become used to breakfasts with nice bread, serrano ham, fruit, eggs (for those who wanted it), etc etc the small bowl with plums & apples, a glass of OJ followed by a few pieces of toast, jams and a middle eastern yougurt (I don't eat dairy!) was a bit disappointing/sparse. Also, while it did not bother us too much, to find a place to park was difficult and not very close.” Rating: Very Good
