This 18th century mountain casona, or large home, near the Collados del Asón Natural Preserve, has been completely restored with character, comfort and elegance. Nuria and José, antique dealers by trade, have converted it into a small hotel in which every tiny detail has been taken care of. Each room is unique, decorated in light tones which complement the eye-pleasing collection of Provencal furniture and splendid antiques within. TV, DVD player, telephones, and hydromassage (in special rooms), Egyptian cotton bed linen and bathrooms supplied with natural products. The dining room and surrounding countryside become one, thanks to large plate-glass windows. A large living room beckons with its warm fireplace, games tables, and bar area. At night, the candle-lit garden invites guests to sit back and enjoy a relaxing evening. The hotel offers a variety of pillows, along with a wide selection of DVDs. An interesting collection of antique sketches adorn the walls of the entire building.
Meal Information
Local gastronomy and international cuisine—both of which are meticulously prepared. Lunches and evening meals cost approximately €22.
Notes The Collados del Asón Natural Park is a prime location for hiking and mountain biking. The prehistoric paintings of Cavalanas and Cullalvera caves are well worth a visit, as are the beaches of Laredo and Noja and the Santoña Marsh Natural Park. The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao is just an hour away. Bicicletas, Caza, Senderismo, Caballos, Sports náuticos, Pesca, Esquí, Golf.

For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
