Located in Pollença and perched on a knoll, Llenaire has stunning views out to the bay, from Cap Pinar and Alcudia, to the headland of Formentor, and towards the interior, the last spurs of the mountain range of Tramuntana. With a fascinating history in which the Order of the Templars played a major role, the property was acquired at the end of the XIX century by the family Colom i Montaner, who built a stately house next to an existing hunting lodge. With an elegant collonaded inner patio as the center of the life of the House. In its most recent restoration most of living space remains oriented to the sea, to the portico inner patio or to the gardens that surround the house. The hotel offers a warm and elegant atmosphere, maximum privacy, natural beauty and tranquillity. There are just eleven beautiful spacious rooms in the hotel, decorated in natural colours and with antique furniture. The rooms are all ensuite and have telephone, satellite television and audio equipment, complimentary minibar, safe, air conditioning, free internet connections and a choice of pillows. The finca's land, which extends to the sea, also has a swimming pool and solarium and sauna. If you are feeling energetic you can participate in some farming activity, herding the sheep or pottering in the kitchen garden which supplies the hotel's restaurant. There are pleasant walks in the area, or you can bike in the vicinity. The staff at the hotel will be pleased to help you arrange yachting, wind-surfing, water-skiing, diving and boat rentals at the Marine Club. Please note minimum stay of 3 nights.

Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled 20 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled 20 days or less prior to arrival the deposit is kept for a future stay at Llenaire.
