There is a five night minimum booking in August. This hotel is surrounded by mountains overlooking the Segre valley. It is owned (and ably-run) by Joan Pallares, from a family of renowned hoteliers. This is a larger hotel than most others on our website and has a different sort of charm. It is high in the mountains and the activities possible from the hotel are varied - mountain biking, hiking, offroading, tennis, horseriding, but mainly it is a pefect spot to relax and enjoy wonderful food. The hotel has a list of guided or self-guided walks from 20 minutes to day-long excursions. The rooms are large and modern, but also cosy thanks to the wood floors and furniture. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating with adjustable thermostat, piped music, minibar, safe, two phones, alarm, hairdryer in bathroom, hydromassage bath. There is a swimming pool, sports area and a sauna. The Can Boix cuisine has received gastronomic awards for originality -- the presentation is superb, the winelist extensive and the accompanying views are equally delightful. The hotel is located 46 km. from La Seu d’Urgell and has 20 double rooms. Please note that there is a five night minimum stay in August (high season).
Family Information
All rooms are double rooms. The hotel can add an extra bed for a 3rd person. A family of four would need two interconnecting rooms.

Cancellation Policy:
For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
