In Palma, in the heart of it all, is this funky 19 roomed hotel decorated in ice-cream colours inside and out. The press have dubbed it the coolest place in the old town, (in barrio de La Lonja) a converted 16th century palace with simple, stylish design and a very contemporary feel. Ricarda and Tom have created a hotel which has made the most of its origins but with much added interest. The rooms have a mediterranean feel to them, most are on the small side with white walls, airy fabrics with an occasional shock of colour. There is also a small splashpool on the rooftop sun terrace. There is no restaurant, but the hotel is surrounded by a wonderful selection of places to eat, and a delicious breakfast is included in the price of the room.

There are no rooms for 4 but the suite is right beside a large double room where children could sleep in.
