Lovely old building in superb historic town.
We liked the townsfolk's use of the hotel (a children's event was taking place), it added colour.
Didn't Like:
Our room was on upper floor and certainly large enough but poorly lit from small windows too high to see out of.
Staff did not offer to carry cases up difficult stairs.
Breakfast was uninteresting.

“We arrived in the middle of a wedding reception in their lobby and they made us wait for quite a long time to get our rooms.....we were kept standing in the middle of the reception! One room had broken a/c and we waited another 45 minutes waiting for them to assign us another room.....felt it was too much money for the treatment we received.....additionally, breakfast was an additional charge that seemed a little high in relationship to other accommodations that were similar and included breakfast.”
