There is a 2 night minimum stay at weekends. This 17th century stone house sits at the top of the village overlooking the fabulous mountains of Gredos, and is surrounded by a garden with ancient trees. Restoration has been carefully carried out to preserve the flair of the past. The hotel has two floors: on the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, a lounge and a grand fireplace (it used to be the kitchen), one double room and a dining room. Old wooden stairs take you up to the first floor where the library and the rest of the guestrooms are located. The decoration is very special, combining Asian and antique furniture, warm coloured fabrics for the bedcovers and curtains, authentic stone and wooden floors, terracotta floors with fossil remnants, wood beamed ceilings and fresh apple baskets. Enjoy Teresa’s special family and local recipes. Breakfast is fresh orange juice, home-made cakes and jams. The hotel is located 170 km. from Madrid and 60 km. from Avila. There are eight double rooms in the hotel. Please note, American Express credit cards not accepted.

For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
