Situated in the southwest of Avila province, in the heart of the Gredos Regional Park, is this charming rural hotel. Surrrounded by forests, rivers, fields and gorges and the spectacular Gredos mountains, the area is a nature-lovers paradise. The newly-built ten room hotel is a delight, with its cosy, well-equipped, comfortable rooms (all with bathroom and big, comfortable beds) and wonderful views all around. The colours are rich and the coordinated furnishings contribute to an extraordinary warmth: the walls are terracotta and there are colourful drapes and artwork. There is a terrace where meals may be taken in good weather and an attractive dining room and living room with fireplace for colder days--the ambience is relaxing and refreshing. A perfect location for a quiet stay in the countryside with great walking and hiking at your doorstep. The restaurant serves local dishes such as bean stew made with beans from Barco de Avila, and T-bone steaks and other regional dishes.

For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
