This is a pleasant, friendly, simple house in the country town of Muxika-Mugica, in a location convenient to Sollube, Oiz, Bizkargi and San Miguel de Erenozar (and about 33 km. to Bilbao). The hotel has just five spacious ensuite rooms and a suite, all with modern decor, interesting art and full bathrooms - each room has a different price. There is a terrace and chill-out space in the garden. Wi-fi is throughout the house and garden and there is a television and fireplace in the lounge. The house is full of fascinating art and artefacts – and the hosts will make you most welcome and help you plan your time in the area. The Hotel is located in the Urdaibai biosphere, one of the special natural spaces of Euskadi, a wonderful hiking area. Enjoy birdwatching at Ría de Gernika-Mundaka, surf at Mundaka and windsurf at the Laida and Laga beaches. Diving and sailing are accessible from Bermeo. If you would like to have dinner at the house (regional cuisine using local ingredients) please let us know in advance (approx. 15 euros).

Cancellation Policy:
For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
