the staff was friendly, there was a charge for breakfast but it was excellent. the room was clean, and the entire inn was well cared for. the location was fantastic in the old town. you can spend an entire week just in the area of old town but it is also easy to get to the fancy marina area from the main street just at the bottom of the hill.
