This apartment has 2 big bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms, one which is en-suite to the main bedroom. There is air conditioning in all the rooms. Situated on the first floor, the apartment is bright and airy. Inside the apartment you have free internet free access, and water, gas, electricity costs are included. Taxes also included. Please refer to photos for an idea of the décor and furnishings. You have access to the garden, swimming-pool (free), tennis court (free), very small gymnasium (free), massage service (pay directly) and parking (1 space for 15 Euros). A weekly clean is also included in the rate. The nearest metro station is “Puerta de Toledo” just down the road from La Latina. Monthly stays will receive a discount. A cleaning schedule is arranged for longer-term stays. You will be met at the apartment on arrival and given a key and a tour. At this time any questions you have will be answered and there will be an exchange of information. There is a phone available but you must prearrange its use.

If the reservation is cancelled 3 months or more prior to arrival the 25% deposit will not be refunded. If cancelled 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. If cancelled 1 month or less prior to arrival the full amount of the booking will be charged. A 15 euros cancellation fee per room booked will be charged by Inns of Spain on all reservations that are confirmed and then cancelled by the client. The Inns of Spain cancellation fee may be credited towards any future bookings within 12 months.
