“This hotel has its own very narrow parking garage which is difficult to use, but very useful considering the lack of space on the roads outside. The rooms are small, but fine, the breakfast was good, the price is right and the location to the airport is ideal. It is in walking distance of the Plaza Castillia and some good restuarants.
Best to have a room at the back because of the noise from the street. The outside terrace is a pleasant place to sit.”

Service was excellent. Staff made recommendations of where to go in the neighborhood, and all were excellent. They helped us find our conference and other services in the areas. Excellent service.
Didn't Like:
Street side room, with lovely small balcony, was charming but noisy some nights.
El Rastro is more of an arts and crafts fair than a real flea market, fun but no real finds. ”

“The hotel was as you presented it. Our room was small, but adequate, as was the bathroom. When we first checked in we were told that breakfast would not be included, even though our reservation indicated that it was. The next morning, however, we asked again and showed the clerk our copy of the reservation, and we did receive our breakfast without further payment.”

“Nice hotel and nice room with balcony. The parking garage was way too small and very difficult to get in and out of. Location is north of town but not far from the Tour bus stop. No breakfast available.”

“The hotel was very clean and modern as described on your site. Also, it is convenitent to a metro. However, my husband and I had to sleep in twin beds even though we booked a room with a double bed. Also, while they do present a decent breakfast food selection, the scrambled eggs are left sitting and become cold and nasty, and the juices and yogurts are served warm instead of cold. In addition, the reception desk staff is rather unfriendly and unhelpful when asked for assistance or information.”
