Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location on Gran Via within walking distance of Prado, restaurants, major plazas. Very clean and modern. Balconies are spacious.

Rooms were very nice, especially the superior room which was big and airy.
The food in the restauarant was excellent and the reception staff were all lovely.
The location was also very handy for all the museums/art galleries.

Loved the building, it was so nice, and the rooms were great for a little city hotel. Enjoy the lounge area very much, great place to meet with acquaintances and plan the day in the city, it is also very close to really nice restaurants and the Metro which was very useful. Also loved the room downstairs.
Didn't Like:
That the wifi did not work in the room, just at the front desk area which has no place to seat and sometimes at the lounge”

the Hotel was beautiful, centrally located and very convenient to get to/from the airport. Near metros. The hotel decorations were really neat.
Didn't Like:
the staff was cordial but they were not as friendly as my experience in Seville, overall it was a great experience”
