Located in the Raiguer region in the north of Mallorca and at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, the hotel is in the main square between the Church and the Ayamans Palace in the village of Lloseta. Although the village doesn't have a lot of appeal, the hotel certainly does - and it is located almost in the centre of the island making it an ideal base from which to explore the entire island. This lovely inn is the result of a careful and thoughtful conversion of a manor house built in the XVIII century which originally formed part of the Ayamans Palace. The original architecture has been preserved and restored and it is now a superbly-run small inn. Ca´s Comte has eight uniquely decorated rooms, providing guests with the perfect combination of original tradition and modern comfort. All guest-rooms are equipped with a full-size bath and shower, (all the suites have a Jacuzzi), hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone and wireless internet connections in rooms. Individual heating and air conditioning, radio and satellite TV, minibar and personal (in-room) safe. Rooms also have their own coffee machine and tea making facilities plus a bottle of champagne. Some of the suites are on two levels and are very romantic. In the evenings the hotel invites guests to have an aperitif in the lounge before enjoying dinner in the dining room or outside in the courtyard. The cuisine is exceptionally good here - highly recommended. This is a family-run inn, and what an excellent job they do. The service is friendly and helpful and they are enthusiastic hosts. An exciting new addition to the hotel is their spa. It includes a sauna, hammam (steam bath), ice fountain, special showers with esentials oils, jacuzzi, thermal lounge and massage room. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is parking in the church square right next to the hotel.

Meal Information
The hotel provides a dinner service on request, exclusively for guests. Guests can make their selection from an à la carte menu of homemade dinners before 18:00 each day. Dinner is served from 19:00 to 21:00 in the dining room, on the terrace or in the courtyard.
The hotel is also happy to provide advice and recommend some other excellent restaurants in the village or elsewhere on the island.
Notes Palma Airport is located 8Km East of Palma. Lloseta is roughly in the centre of the island and makes an excellent base from which to explore Palma, the coast and the many lovely villages in between.

A one-night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of confirmation of reservation. For stays of longer than one night, if cancelled at least 30 days before reservation, no penalty. If cancelled 30 days or less before reservation an additional charge equal to cost of one night per room booked will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
