La Finca de las Salinas is a splendid rural hotel in Lanzarote. It is an 18th century mansion which has been transformed into a boutique hotel. The guestrooms were once the stables, and they have been skilfully reformed into very pretty rooms with bathrooms. The history of the Finca is fascinating: the original owner's business was exporting salt to the rest of the island and around the world. Within the property, the Las Salinas (salt beds) are a natural place of interest where the salt can be collected directly from the shore of the Atlantic sea. The building itself is oe refined architecture, ochre and white, with a romantic passageway of exotic trees. The interiors are decorated with a balanced mixture of well preserved antiques and designer furniture. There are seductive little corners offering views of the lava fields which surround them. This is a peaceful, pretty place to stay and an ideal base for exploring the island.

For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.

For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.

Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
