Awaiting 2012 prices from the hotel. This grand house is an intimate, colourful hotel, situated near the fishing village of Llanes. The owners have created an eclectic atmosphere inspired by the different countries they have lived in, blending typical Asturian architecture with perfectly restored 1930's furniture, rustic tile floors, and flowery corners. There are nine double rooms and three suites each with a distinct personality. Rooms are spacious and are furnished with comfortable beds, antique tables and lovely fabrics providing a relaxing atmosphere. Wide windows overlook the lush gardens and magnificent green mountains that surround the hotel. The public rooms are tastefully decorated. In the restaurant you will be able to sample a delightful assortment of regional specialities as well as international cuisine. The hotel is 100 km. from Oviedo and 3 km. from Llanes. This is a very popular hotel in the summer months so you need to book early.

For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
