The owners are really friendly, the hotel is very clean and we had the best meal that we ate in Spain here. Short drive to the beach and to Veger de la Frontera, which is a wonderful little place.”

This lovely country hotel is located just ten minutes drive from the town of Vejer (in the province of Cadiz) on the Costa de la Luz. Located on a hill and surrounded on three sides by hills and fields, it faces the sea. It is ten minutes to the Palmar beach and in an area of white sand beaches. In classical Andaluz cortijo style and with uninterrupted views of the coast, the hotel has just twelve spacious rooms, nine of which have their own terrace, and a suite. All are equipped with air conditioning, full bathroom (with hair dryer and robes), satellite television and telephone. There is a superb restaurant at the hotel (international menu of a high standard), and six others in the surrounding area. A casual lunch can be ordered from 1 - 3 p.m. Dinner is served from 8 p.m. There are two big patios to sit and relax (and in a winter a big fireplace in the lounge). The swimming pool faces the sea - and you can actually see the saves from there. There are bicycles at the hotel if you feel energetic, and there are wonderful hiking and walking trails all around. Close by you can enjoy golf, horse riding, surfing, etc. This is a quiet, relaxing place to stay, with the possibility of all sorts of activities close by. The staff are friendly and helpful (and speak English).

“We were initially disappointed by the 'out of town' location but Vejer is only a short drive away and we were charmed by the friendly owner and staff and the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Good restaurant. ”
