This small, charming and friendly countryside hotel is in La Lecheza, in the area of Vega de San Mateo, just 20 minutes from the capitol of the island, Las Palmas de Grand Canaria. The hotel is in a century-old Manor House nestled in a pleasant garden. The rooms are decorated in typical Canarian style, with white walls, stone, soft white furnishings and traditional wood furniture and all have full bathrooms. There are just six rooms, including a junior suite and 2 rooms which can accommodate 3 people, and all of the rooms having heating and air conditioning, direct dial telephone, television, minibar, hairdryer and safe. There is a delightful lounge-bar with fireplace and a solarium for guest use. The dining room offers home-made cooking with traditional Canarian meals featured. The friendly staff at the hotel can organize trekking, horseriding and golf.

Notes In May there is the celebration of la Virgen de Fatima, where local people decorate the streets with flowers. In August the Farmers Festivity takes place on the first Sunday in August. In September is the San Mateo Celebration - a celebration that lasts the whole month, with a highlight on September 20 and 21. In November, local people have chestnut roasters on the streets of the town. The Real Club Golf of Gran Canaria is situated just 20 minutes from the hotel (we can help with making arrangements for Tee times)
