This exclusive 19th century palace is located in the heart of the historic quarter of Jerez de la Frontera, in Rafael Rivero square and next to Larga street. The Palacio Garvey, built in 1850, was in its day, the grand residence of the Garvey family. Today, this spectacular monument has been meticulously restored and transformed into a luxury hotel while maintaining its original 19th century neo-classical architectural style. Its sixteen spacious rooms each have a large bed, ultra modern bathroom that includes a hydro-massage spa bath, Wemge wooden floors, air-conditioning, flat-screen television with satellite connection, stereo system with CD player, mini-bar, safety deposit box, telephones and ADSL Internet access. The Restaurant La Condesa is located on the ground floor of the hotel, and serves a traditional Mediterranean cuisine using fresh in-season products. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as 24 hour room service. Although there is no carpark at the hotel, there is a car parking service: they can take your car to an underground car park close to the hotel for you. There are two lots very close to the hotel. A taxi from Jerez airport costs approximately 11.50 euros.
Family Information
The best way to accommodate a family of three is to reserve a Junior Suite Room ( an spacious room ) with an extra bed. If it is a family of four, they can accommodate them if at least two are children and they share a bed.

The restaurant “La Condesa” serves traditional Mediterranean cuisine, and vegetarian meals upon request. Open seven days a week. (40Eu)
Notes Visit the Saint Miguel and Saint Marcos churches, the Museum of Archeology and the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art. Mosque of the city, the Cathedral and other churches such as Santiago or St Juan de los Caballeros are in the vicinity. Make a point of visiting the Andalusian Centre of Flamenco and the Thematic Centre of Atalaya. Worldwide, Jerez is known for its wines, and there are many cellars where the best wines are produced and stored.

The room (#7) was huge, probably the nicest room in the hotel. But moreover the staff was both extremely pleasant and helpful. Although we didn't have a chance to use the restaurant except for breakfast and cocktails, it was very nice, and the staff was also very accomodating.

“Great hotel but very expensive for the room we were allocated! Our room was tucked away on the top floor - very compact room and very squashed. Mini bar was free though.”
