Very important: reception is open only 9 to 14 hours and 18 to 20:30. If you plan to arrive at a different time let us know as arrangements will need to be made to greet you. In high season a deposit may be required. The Finca is only a few kilometres outside the village of Jabugo, famous for its Spanish ham, and deep in the heart of the Natural Park of Aracena. Amid 140 hectares, the finca has five buildings, two of which have been sensitively transformed into a rural hotel. In the first building there is a reception area and two rooms, (and a little shop selling Spanish ham, wine and other typical local products.) Guestrooms are tastefully decorated with warm-colour fabrics, terracotta floors, antique furniture and good lighting. Bathrooms combine antique furniture, Brazilian accessories, hand-made earthenware, bronze sinks and accessories and Italian bath fittings. All the rooms share two lounges with a fireplace, television and a little kitchen. There is also a suite with a Jacuzzi. Breakfast is served in each lounge every morning and is included in price. The hotel is located 5 km. from Jabugo and has seven double rooms. Evening meals are possible but you MUST request in advance. Please ask us about this at the time of making your reservation. Natural park of Aracena and Picos de Aroche nearby - visit the caves and grottos. Visit Almonaster Mosque. Great hiking in the hotel area. Peña de Arias Montano Belvedere in Alájar, Rio Tinto Mines, Aracena's Museum of Contemporary Art, the castles at Cortegana, Aracena and Aroche.
