This delightful small hotel (only four guest rooms) is located in the highest point of the village of Imon with delightful views all around. Of new construction, the house is on three levels: the entrance and access to the rooms Paris, Mombasa and Jaipur on the first level, the salon-dining room on the second level and the room Kyoto on the third level. All of the rooms have access from the exterior and each has a terrace and a modern bathroom complete with hairdryer, and hydromassage bath. The rooms are bright (and mostly spacious, the smallest being Kyoto) and beautifully decorated with a theme from various cities. Visit the fascinating town of Siguenza or enjoy horseriding, paint ball and archery in Siguenza. The owners are welcoming, friendly and helpful and will give you some good recommendations of what to do and where to dine. Only breakfast is served at the Posada but there are a few bars and casual restaurants in Imon and lots more in surrounding villages and towns.

Notes

The location of Imon makes it an ideal stopping point after you arrive at (or have to return to) Madrid airport. We have stayed in this location when we have had a flight leaving from Barajas in the afternoon. It takes about an hour and fifteen minutes. The highway is good and provides good access to the airport location. There is a bus or train from Madrid to Siguenza and you can take a taxi from Siguenza to the hotel. Imon is popular for hiking.
