This country house hotel overlooks the Gredos mountains - a perfect location for sightseeing and an ideal place to watch different types of birds.l On the top floor, beneath the rafters, there is a spacious attic lounge and astronomic dome with a large telescope for stargazing. Down one floor, a second reading room with over 2000 books in English and Spanish. Teresa and Paco, the owners, have created a comfortable and sensual ambience in every room. The fabrics, polished wooden floors and antique prints mix harmoniously with the serene views. A splendid place to enjoy a sauna, long walks, excellent regional food and wine. Hotel Milano Real is located 68 km. from Avila. A newer part of the hotel contains a lounge/bar and several new "themed" suites. (For example, the Nordic room has its own sauna, the English room has chintz furnishings, the Japanese room has an authentic futon bed) The restaurant serves gastronomic-quality food ("supreme" is the word used by our staff! - views, great food, beautiful surroundings) This hotel is highly recommended by our clients and our staff.

For Mainland Spain (peninsula)
For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.
For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
