“The staff was great, the location great, the beds comfortable, the bathroom adequate, it was nice to have Internet access in the hotel, and once we closed the balcony doors and the curtain and turned on the fan for the air conditioning, the noise levels became manageable. I would be very happy to stay there again and would recommend it to others.”

“Great location an staff very helpful and welcoming. It is a little relentlessly minimalist. - i.e. hairdryer is available, but you have to go and ask for it. The bathroom door is high tech, but didn't actually close. But the hotel has a lot of style and the staff were lovely.”

The location in Granada is ideal, very close to attractions, shopping and restaurants; but the noise level was reasonable. The free internet access and available computers were appreciated. The garden-patio was ideal for sitting to read or use a computer. I had the hotel procure tickets to the Alhambra which saved time and hassle once we arrived in Granada. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, the bathroom and shower worked well and the water was hot for showers.
Didn't Like:
The marble stairs were slippery if you weren't careful walking on them. Also, the room we were in, the "Gomerez", was quite small for 3 people and the third bed was short for an American, male teen. ”
