“There was a little confusion when we arrived, as they somehow didn't have our reservation. But they were able to accommodate us, since I had a copy of the confirmation. The room was very nice, but quite honestly very crowded with an extra bed, which was really too small for a big teenage boy.
I loved everything else! And the staff went out of their way to serve us a lovely breakfast, as our reservation for the Alhambra were before the breakfast time.

The staff. The recommendations given by the woman who works in the evenings really enhanced our experience in Granada. The room was also very comfortable and peaceful - it was like an oasis. I also thought they had particularly delicious coffee at the breakfast... Finally, it was great to have internet in the room!

“This is aesthetically a lovely setting to stay in and the room was comfortable with excellent ensuite facilities. Quite noisy however with doors banging late and early, probably the accoustics because of the decor.The setting is excellent for being at the heart of Granada and I would use again and recommend. Breakfast was very good too, friendly staff although quite formal.”
