The hotel is in an old, refurbished building which was once a Granada townhouse. This is a simple hotel with each room being uniquely decorated. Rooms are air conditioned and have double glazing and complete bathrooms. There are also many additional features such as satellite t.v., direct dial telephone service, room service, laundry service, baby-sitting service etc. There are also non-smoking rooms available. Parking can be a problem in the Albaicin, but the hotel has 10 parking spaces available to guests just 15 metres from the hotel--you should book parking at the time of making your reservation, at a cost of approximately 16 euros/night. Breakfast only is served but you are at the doorstep of all the cafes in the Plaza Nueva and surrounding areas. The windows are double-glazed in the rooms to help reduce the noise of the Plaza outside.
