Lovely reception staff with enough english. Fabulous room with everything we needed. Oasis of calm in the busy town centre.This hotel is 3star because it does not have the stuff you dont need anyway like a restaurant or bar.
Our whirlpool bath needed a new plug and they got a plumber at 8 on a friday evening!

if you are driving to Granada, the one way system amkes it very hard to find the hotel. moreover, the parking requires driving into a multistory car park that will tax most drivers skill and nerves. suggest take the train!”

This hotel had a fantastic feel about it along with all the mod cons you would want. Beautifully decorated rooms and communal areas, helpful staff at receptionand lovely breakfast that included freshly cut fruit. In a great location, I would totally recommend this hotel for short and longer stays in Granada!

The hotel does offer limited car park spaces but I would recommend parking at one of the big carparks outside the centre and getting a taxi in. The underground parking spaces on offer are really small and navigating around Granada is not an easy task! ”

Small boutique style hotel with central location, very comfortable room with quirky literary decorations referencing Andalucian artists and good bathroom, excellent front desk staff, able to offer advice requested and available at all hours. Was "challenging" to find but well worth the effort.

the hotel is run as if it was just opemed. no one at night to get a blanket, which they forgot to put in our roon, heating either not working at all or impossible to regulate, at beakfast one morning there were no eggs, the other mornings omlets cooked early in the morning - ice cold....”
