“The hotel staff were extremely helpful when we arrived and very generously upgraded our room to the one suite in the hotel. This more than compensated for the frustrations of finding the hotel. When we return to Granada we will stay in the same hotel again, because of service, quality and style of the hotel and location, which is excellent for the city centre.”

“This place is gorgeous. It is very "artsy" in its decor and has a lovely roof terrace. We liked Granada more than expected and wished we would have stayed more than 2 days. We appreciated the warning to order Alhambra tickets in advance. Wish we would have known earlier about the breakfast buffet. We wandered around hungry the first day. There is a lovely square very near by that is a great place to visit and hang out. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“The hotels were a godsend along our trip! We were doing a self guided tour through Bike Spain - they are the ones that booked the hotels for us. Bike Spain gave us VERY LITTLE information to guide us from destination to destination. It was the wonderful staff at your hotels that helped us SO very much. We would highly recommend the hotels to others....and have!

“Nice location, beautiful lobby, pleasant hostess. We booked 3 rooms, all were very reasonably priced and they were all beautiful. One note though, it seemed there was only bullfighting and porn on the TV. That was a problem since our 17 year old and 15 year old shared a room. We had the staff remove the TV once we realized this. You might want to mention this to any families traveling who may not be aware of TV in Spain.

“Charming hotel and charming management. Decorated with imagination and flair - very attractive bathroom. Excellent location. The negatives: The room was on the small side, with virtually no storage place for clothing (the charm made up for this however). The sole window looked out (at eye level) onto a terrace, which was available to all hotel guests. One evening we were reading in bed and saw a face at the window peering in, which was a little unnerving. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel (the dining room was actually next door) at 8 euros apiece since one could eat as well for half as much at the many bars and cafes nearby. I would stay there again, but perhaps in a different room. ”

“The Casa de Frederico hotel was incredible! Teh architecture and attention to detail in each individual room truly made our stay extra special. We spent a lovely 30minutes talking with the owner and his wife about the renovation process as they restored the building and set up the hotel guests see today. They were super friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would love to go back again!”

“You wouldn't know it was a hotel ... we walked past it 3 times! The location is excellent for exploring. We arrived by car and it was a nightmare finding the hotel, and indeed the closest car park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the roof-terrace was superb (we'd booked both the top suites and so it was on our "doorstep"). The only problem with the terrace was that if you had the room immediately below (as we did) then you could hear people moving the heavy metal furniture. The main benefit from having the top suites is that you feel that the terrace is yours!”

“Casa Federico, Granada, was a lovely small hotel. However the room was tiny (even by English standards) and there was no wardrobe or drawers so it was a matter of keeping everything in the suitcase or piling them up on the shelf/luggage unit. However, it was nice and central, easy to find and the staff friendly ahd helpful.”

“The hotel itself was just what we were looking for. Unfortunately the fact that the road outside was being dug up and relaid, starting at around 8am each morning was not very good. Whilst this was out of the control of the hotel the workmen starting drilling each morning at the same time to install air conditioning units on the lower floors was not. If some warning of this or an apology had been given then it would have been a nice gesture. It spoiled what would otherwise have been a nice stay at the hotel.”
