Surrounded by 20 hectares of a magnificant wood with oak, alder and birch trees, set beside the river Mino, Casa Grande de Fervenza is an old Galician country house dating back to the 17th and 19th Centuries. It is the only grand house built in the heart of a protected natural area. Features include a water mill, a typical Galician oven and a loom--all restored to their former glory. The scenery is breathtaking with a waterfall in front of the house. Cosy bedrooms are all uniquely designed and decorated with thoughtful attention to traditional detail. There is a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere at this beautiful old house, where country pursuits--from walking in the woods to water sports in the flowing rivers--will make your stay delightful. The hotel has their own canoes and boats. Dinners should be ordered in advance.

For stays of 1 or 2 nights: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to reservation, no hotel penalty. If cancelled within seven days of reservation the hotel will charge the amount of one night.

For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.

Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
