A 30% deposit is required at the time of reserving. Early Check in: On some occasions an early check in can be arranged at an additional cost (half of the normal room rate if you wish to check in before 2pm the day you arrive. (Includes breakfast during 9-11am) Es Passarell was constructed in the 19th century and is typical of the architecture of a mallorcan finca. It has been renovated and converted into a charming and comfortable country guest house, with many unique features. It is situated in the south east of Mallorca, between the monastries of Montesian and Puig de san Salvador. There are two market towns nearby with regular markets and fiestas. It is only 40kms from Palma and the airport. The beautiful resorts of Porto Colom and Cala D'or are just 18kms away. There are many unspoilt beaches close by to explore. A prestigious golf club is 15kms away and tennis, horse riding and a number of other activities can be found locally. Dining at Es Passarrell is a very informal affair and includes the very best of Mallorcan and international cuisine. With no formal restaurant, dining is a traditional Mediterranean feast either outdoors or in with friends or family. Generally home cooked gourmet style meals are served three times a week, but a half board service is available during certain times of the year. At Es Passarell you will find life long friends at the dining table while sampling excellent food and wine in the candlelit dining room or al fresco. For more informal family occasions the owners can organise excellent family barbeques during July & August. It is also possible to organize small family celebrations r small weddings at this intimate Finca. All produce is locally sourced from the Finca's own organically produced crops. Both fully equipped apartments and beautiful ensuite double rooms are available at the finca. The five self-catering apartments include a welcome pack, towels and linens and weekly maid service. They have private terrace, cooking facilities and a wood burning stove. The five double rooms (four with bath and one with shower) many with terrace.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of reserving. If cancelled 30 days before the stay, the deposit of 30% will be retained by the hotel. If cancelled between 29 and 7 days prior to reservation date, the hotel will take 50% of the reservation. If the cancellation is received less than 7 days or no show the hotel wil take the full amount.
