25% deposit is required at the time of reserving. Originally an old Mallorcan farmhouse set in almond and orange groves, the Agroturismo Alfatx has been totally renovated by the Anglo-Spanish Berrio-Penycate family. Now the property is a delightful small inn with six guest rooms, a swimming pool, sun terrace, lounge, reading room and honour bar. Located close to the Sierra Tramuntana mountain range it is an ideal base for many walking tours and bicycle routes where you can discover the real Mallorca, the people, markets, monuments, architecture, culture and gastronomy of the island. Visit nearby villages such as Esporles, Valldemossa, Bunyola, Santa Maria, Soller, Bunyalbufar, Deia etc. The guest rooms have separate exterior access providing independence and privacy. All the rooms have full bathrooms with hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, satellite television, minibar, safe, telephone. The inn serves only breakfast, but there is a barbecue for guest use and if you would like a meal prepared for you, just let the owners know in advance and they will be pleased to do this. All produce is from the inn's own kitchen garden.

We have 3 baby cots free of charge. We have horses and ponies, dogs and cats.
Meal Information
We serve meals, both lunch times and night time. We only cook for the guests of the agroturismo and dinners must be booked in advance. A menu is aproximately 24€ for adults and 12€ for children.
Notes The Tramuntana is paradise for experienced and amateurs walkers, with a great variety of routes to choose from. Mirabo, in Valldemossa, is the place that all residents will choose to have their berenar. Another popular route is that of the Ruta del Teix (from Valldemossa to Coll de Soller). The Consell de Mallorca ( a governmental institution) has opened a route known as “La Ruta de Piedra en Seco” which covers all the Sierra de Tramontana range, with recently-renovated refuges. This route covers from the refuges of La Trapa in Calvia to Refugi El Pont de Roma in Pollensa.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVATION
Making a reservation through the website www.agroturismo-alfatx.com involves the express acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions that are considered part of the reservation and are complemented by the current legislation.
RESERVATIONSS AND REFUNDS In order to confirm a room we request a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the reservation. This payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card. The reservation will not be considered firm until the deposit is received and it is confirmed by Agroturismo Alfatx. The remaining payment will be made once the guests arrive at hotel.
The customer will receive details of the reservation by e-mail, together with a number that will identify it (reference), and all the information regarding the conditions and cancelation policy.
The transaction must be made in EUROS.
WITH THE BOOKING IS INCLUDED The services detailed under the stipulated conditions by the Agroturismo Alfatx and client at the time of booking, I.V.A. included.
CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES At the time of the booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. If it is found to be incorrect, could cause the cancellation of the booking.
CANCELLATIONS At all times the client may cancel the services requested or contracted, and is entitled to a refund of the amount paid as a deposit, but must compensate the Agroturismo Alfatx by the concepts described below: 5% of the amount of the deposit if the cancellation is made more than thirty days before the date fixed for occupying the accommodation. 50% of the amount of the deposit when cancelling with less than 30 days and up to 7 days before arrival. 100% of the amount of the deposit when they made seven or fewer days. In case of no-show customer is charged 100% of the total reservation.
The client agrees to the terms of the booking once the deposit money is made.
