The Hotel requires a minimum stay of 2 nights. In the heart of the Albera natural park, close to the sea and the many fascinating coastal towns (Banyuls, Colera, Port de la Selva, Llanca, Cadaques, Roses) is this beautiful seventeenth century house in the town of Espolla (in Alt Emporda) that has been transformed into a small luxury hotel, Canaleta Heras. The rooms are a delight, with modern furniture and art juxtaposed with the ancient construction. There is a Zen peacefulness in the rooms - from simple, designer lights, wood furniture, colours and textures inspired by nature and modern, white bathrooms. From the hotel's big windows there are views of the lovely garden where there is also a swimming pool. The dining room is spacious and bright, white, modern and pleasing -- and the cuisine is regional and elegant.
Family Information
Rooms for families - the hotel does not have specifically rooms for families; however, for a family of three or four maximum, they can offer a suite and add one or two extra beds. It is possibe to accommodate three in any of the suites and four only in the suite Pedres.
