Easter April 13 to 16, weekends of May and December 4 to 8 the minimum stay is 3 nights. In the fascinating town of El Rocío (south of Almonte, in the province of Huelva, and within fairly easy driving distance of Sevilla and Jerez) is this stunning new hotel with sixteen delightful ensuite rooms. All are uniquely decorated and have air conditioning and heating, kingsize beds, flat screen satellite television, safe, minibar and hairdryer. Some of the rooms have views over the marshes where you can see the flamingos. There is a bar and restaurant (and you may dine outside if you wish). Regional cuisine is served and there is a good winelist. A casual, relaxing place to enjoy the interesting countryside in the area (which is a big birdwatching centre and a heaven for horse lovers).

Meal Information
Gastronomic: They have a lovely restaurant and their chef Jose María is very ingenuous in the combination of traditional products and recipes of the Almonte cuisine, with innovative suggestions making his dishes an outstanding culinary experience so you can select local specialities in surprising, imaginative varieties.
Notes A huge Andalusian festival in this area is the pilgrimage El Rocio (approximate dates 16 May 2005, 5 June 2006, 28 May 2007, 12 May 2008, 1 June 2009, 24 May 2010) Pilgrims come from around Spain to celebrate the Virgen del Rocío, many arriving on horseback or in covered wagons.
