The hotel is in a house dating from 1877, a time when returning emigrants invested the profits of overseas adventures in fine homes. Surrounded by a splendid garden with tropical plants, camellias, magnolias, centenary oak trees, the Casona is located just a kilometre from the popular fishing village of Cudillero in a residential area where houses and palaces from the beginning of this century blend together. Montse, the owner, has creatively mixed print, fabrics, unique furniture and wrought iron headboards with wooden floors and pastel walls. There is a stone building next to the main house with ten apartments ideal for families with children. The apartments have their own garden and share a swimming pool and childrens playground. Perhaps the biggest treat is breakfasting in its lovely dining room, with a choice of local cakes. There are restaurants in the vicinity and some excellent seafood and fish options in Cudillero. There are also apartments available for longer stays. The hotel has nineteen double rooms, and is located 50 km. from Gijon.

For stays of 3 nights or more: if cancelled within seven days of reservation, hotel will charge 30% of entire stay. In cases where client has booked three or more nights and shortens the number of days reserved (upon arrival or during stay), the hotel will charge 30% of the cost of the remaining nights. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.

Balearic & Canary Islands
If cancelled between fifteen and eight days of reservation date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total nights reserved. If cancelled seven or less days prior to reservation date, hotel will charge total amount of stay. In case of no-show, 100% of complete stay charged.
