Location was beautiful. Hotel room was very well appointed. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

We booked 2 nights half board at 119 euros per night. We weren't informed that the cost allocated towards dinner was only 15 euros so ended up paying almost 100 euros more than we thought. Even taking the cost of drinks ect into account we still felt we paid more than we should have.
On the morning of our 2nd day, there was a problem with the pool - caused by vandalism (outwith the control of the hotel) and the pool was out of commission for the rest of our stay. However, no concession was made by the hotel vis a vis a small reduction in the charge or perhaps a free drink or something by way of apologising to guests for the lack of, what was in effect, one of the features of the hotel that made us book that particular one. ”

“We got an upgraded room which was excellent,but the Hotel lacked character as the lounges at the front of the Hotel were shut and the patio was being paved so we were unable to enjoy the Hotel at its best!! The Hotel seemed to be quite empty.”

“The room was large and well appointed. The walls were very thin however and noise from other rooms was very noticeable. The restaurant was a great disappointment. What was listed as a prawn dinner, was served as three very small shrimp. We has a good laugh and made the mistake of eating there only once. The hotel obviously caters to a captive audience of guests attending weddings at the adjacent party facility, who need a convenient place to stay after attending a celebration in this relatively remote location. Worth a stay, but avoid the restaurant.”

“Nice location and room but totally inadequate sound insulation meant we were awake all night listening to amplified bathroom sounds from room above. Receptionist took NO interest when this was pointed out politely the next morning. Said never mentioned before and no offer to inform management.”
