The Hospes Maricel, with its stately architecture in the subdued style of the 16th and 17th centuries, is a wonderful place to stay. The location is on the waterfront between Palma and Calvia. You will be spoiled by the unique dawns and sunsets from this special location. Imagine a swimming pool that finishes where the sea begins; a sea that ends where the sky begins. Imagine a luxurious massage in a natural waterfront cave. The room types at the Maricel are sea double, terrace double, suite and terrace suite – and all are subtly decorated in natural colours with full bathrooms. The Senzone restaurant offers a regional and international cuisine, while the pool bar – beneath the stone arches - offers a selection of salads, sandwiches, natural fruit juices, drinks, gourmet ice creams and a wide variety of snacks. There is also a lounge/cocktail bar. The Maricel offers a unique breakfast experience: there is no menu or buffet, but an improvised menu that changes according to the ingredients in season. Various courses are included, so linger as long as you want. At the Bodyna Spa, there are stone arches overlooking the Mediterranean where you can enjoy a variety of massage types and treatments. The BODYNA spa is in a new annex that houses the Maricel suites. This spacious and innovative spa has a fitness room, a pilates room, rooms for relaxation, a covered swimming pool, an open air swimming pool, a sauna, steam baths, a medical office, and terrace-solarium. It is anticipated that it will be one of the most complete and exciting wellbeing spaces on the island.
