“The room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, on time and nicely presented. The coffee pots spotlessly clean.
We had a problem locating your parking and ended up parking the night in the wrong carpark. A map with the directions and address would be most helpful, especially if the receptionist on duty has little English language.”

We had a room at the front of the hotel and it was very noisy at night into the early hours of the morning.”

“Staff arther less profesional - but all OK. The loaction was not easy to find but was well sigposted when in the right part of town. The garage was very difficult to find, a better map at reception would help nd instructions where to stop of in the narrow street.”

Great location in an old neighborhood not far from the Cathedral. Interesting remodel of an old building. Kind of small room but it was only for one night, after all.
Didn't Like:
Indifferent staff (the exception was the night clerk -- we came in from dinner about 10:30-11pm). The girl who checked us in barely made eye contact with either of us; and the girl who checked us out gave us cold coffee for breakfast and acted like it was a hassle for her to have gotten that for us in the first place. Never in my entire life have I met someone in a hotel who seemed less hospitable.”
